Here at Vallum House Cakes we pride ourselves on making beautiful award winning cakes at affordable prices, as we have done for over 15 years!  We never advertise.  We are supported by recommendations.

We specialise in wedding cakes creating elegant, contemporary, naked and even novelty cakes for your special day.  We do love a challenge!

We will work with you UNDER NO OBLIGATION from initial design stage, talking through your ideas over coffee and cake, and together we will create a stunning 'wow factor' cake for your Special Day.

We know the importance of delicious tasting cake. We take pride in the freshness of our cakes, we bake only to order.  All of our ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible. We use eggs from our hens and our handmade preserves contain homegrown fruits. We use only the finest quality liqueurs.  

Eleanor's brandy soaked fruit cakes are lovingly ‘fed’ and matured to perfection, they are rich and moist and full of flavour, packed with cherries and fruits. Our delicious sponges and cup cake cakes are baked fresh to order from our tried and tested recipes. We love nothing more than their soft and fluffy “just out the oven” texture.  

We offer a range of 15 flavour combinations for cakes, frostings and buttercreams and are perfect for our NAKED wedding cake range, adorned with flowers, fruits and/or berries. Perfect for any season.

We're always up for a design challenge to create the perfect cupcakes, wedding favours and bespoke personalised sugar work cake toppers. 

Vallum House Cakes are not ordinary cakes - they can be classical, indulgent, luxurious, chic, sometimes wacky and often silly but above all, they're unique and more importantly, they are absolutely delicious. 

We aim to be a nut free kitchen, but we will bake with nuts on request.
